Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The recombinant AFF3 protein has gained significant attention in recent years due to its pivotal role in cellular processes such as transcriptional regulation and its implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodevelopmental disorders. AFF3, a member of the AFF and CCCH zinc finger protein family, is known for its ability to interact with DNA and RNA, influencing gene expression patterns. Researchers have identified that AFF3 is involved in the modulation of various signaling pathways and can act as a coactivator for transcription factors, thereby affecting cell growth and differentiation. The generation of recombinant AFF3 allows for detailed studies of its structural and functional properties, facilitating the exploration of its mechanisms of action at the molecular level. Furthermore, understanding AFF3's interactions and regulatory functions could lead to the identification of potential therapeutic targets, enhancing our ability to design interventions for diseases linked to its dysregulation. As such, ongoing research focuses on optimizing recombinant production systems, characterizing the protein's functional domains, and assessing its role in cellular models, setting the stage for future therapeutic applications that could arise from a deeper understanding of AFF3 biology.
