稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR1D5 is a member of the olfactory receptor family, which plays a crucial role in the detection of odors and various physiological processes. Recent studies have highlighted its importance in the context of chemosensation and its potential involvement in neurobiological functions beyond traditional olfactory pathways. The expression of OR1D5 in non-olfactory tissues, such as the brain, suggests it may have roles in modulating neuronal activity or influencing behavioral responses to environmental stimuli. Research on OR1D5 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structural and functional characteristics, providing insight into its binding interactions with specific ligands. This understanding is essential for unraveling the complexities of olfactory signaling mechanisms and could offer potential therapeutic targets for conditions related to sensory processing or neurodegenerative diseases. By generating and studying OR1D5 recombinant protein, researchers hope to deepen our comprehension of its biological significance and address its relevance in both health and disease.
