Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCAM1, or T-cell activation marker 1, is a protein that has garnered significant attention in immunology research due to its role in T-cell activation and differentiation. It is primarily expressed in activated T cells, suggesting a critical function in the adaptive immune response. The understanding of TCAM1's mechanism is crucial for both basic research and clinical applications, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases, cancer immunotherapy, and vaccine development. Studies have indicated that TCAM1 may influence T-cell receptor signaling pathways, which are essential for effective immune responses. Furthermore, the exploration of TCAM1 as a potential biomarker for T-cell activation can provide insights into the efficacy of immunotherapeutic strategies. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have made it possible to produce TCAM1 in significant quantities, allowing researchers to study its structural and functional properties in detail. This has paved the way for investigations into how TCAM1 interacts with other molecules within T cells and its implications in disease states. Understanding the biology and function of TCAM1 can ultimately contribute to the development of targeted therapies that modulate T-cell responses, offering hope for improved treatments for a variety of diseases where the immune system plays a pivotal role.
