Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SNX1 (Sorting Nexin 1) is a crucial protein involved in cellular processes such as endocytosis, intracellular trafficking, and maintaining cellular homeostasis. It belongs to the sorting nexin family, which plays a vital role in membrane protein sorting and recycling. The study of SNX1 recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Understanding SNX1's structure and function at a molecular level can provide insights into its role in cellular signaling pathways and membrane dynamics. Additionally, recombinant SNX1 protein can serve as a valuable tool for investigating its interactions with other proteins and cellular components. By exploring the biochemical properties and functional implications of SNX1, researchers aim to uncover potential therapeutic targets and strategies for disorders associated with dysregulated endocytic pathways. As the understanding of SNX1 deepens, its applications in drug development and disease modeling become increasingly promising, underscoring the importance of continued research in this area to enhance our knowledge of cellular mechanisms and facilitate the development of innovative treatments.
