Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOXA3, a member of the Forkhead box (Fox) transcription factor family, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including organogenesis, metabolism, and cellular differentiation. Research into FOXA3 has intensified due to its significant involvement in the regulation of genes associated with lipid metabolism and glucose homeostasis, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in metabolic disorders such as obesity and type 2 diabetes. The recombination and expression of FOXA3 protein allow scientists to explore its functional mechanisms in detail. By utilizing recombinant FOXA3, researchers can investigate its role in transcriptional regulation and its interactions with other cellular pathways. Understanding the structure-function relationship of FOXA3 can provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and its potential implications in disease contexts. Moreover, the study of FOXA3 in relation to environmental factors, such as diet and lifestyle, is of growing interest, as it can illuminate the gene’s role in adaptive responses and metabolic flexibility. As the prevalence of metabolic diseases continues to rise globally, the elucidation of FOXA3’s molecular pathways offers promising avenues for novel therapeutic strategies, highlighting the importance of ongoing research in this field.
