稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR10H1 is a member of the olfactory receptor gene family, which plays a crucial role in the detection of various odorants and pheromones, essential for various physiological and behavioral responses in mammals. Research into OR10H1 is particularly interesting due to its association with the human sense of smell, influencing both our perception of fragrance and potentially impacting social interactions and reproductive behaviors. Despite its significance, OR10H1 remains less studied compared to other olfactory receptors. Recent advances in proteomics and molecular biology techniques have provided new opportunities to investigate its functional characteristics and ligand-binding properties. Understanding the structural dynamics and mechanisms of OR10H1 can offer valuable insights into the broader olfactory signaling pathways and their implications in health and disease, such as anosmia (loss of smell) and its connections to neurodegenerative disorders. Additionally, exploring the environmental and genetic factors influencing OR10H1 expression could pave the way for novel therapeutic approaches in olfactory dysfunctions. Thus, studying the recombinant protein OR10H1 not only enhances our knowledge of sensory biology but also contributes to potential applications in clinical and biotechnological fields.
