稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADAD2 (Adenosine Deaminase Acting on RNA 2) is an important RNA-binding protein that plays a crucial role in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. It is a member of the adenosine deaminase acting on RNA (ADAR) family, which is known for its modulation of RNA editing and influencing various biological processes, including the immune response and neuronal function. Research into ADAD2 is particularly significant due to its potential implications in human health and disease, particularly in neurological disorders and cancer. The misregulation or mutation of ADAD2 has been linked to various pathologies, underscoring the need for a deeper understanding of its function. Recombining ADAD2 into a functional protein provides a valuable tool for studying its molecular mechanisms and interactions within cells. By investigating the characteristics and activities of restored ADAD2, researchers aim to elucidate its role in RNA editing and the broader implications for gene regulation. This research not only enhances our understanding of ADAD2's biological significance but also offers potential therapeutic avenues for conditions associated with its dysfunction. The study of ADAD2 recombinant proteins has become an essential focus in molecular biology, promising to uncover new insights into RNA metabolism and therapeutic strategies for diseases linked to its dysregulation.
