稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACTR1A, or Activator of Chromatin Translation 1A, is a crucial component of the cellular machinery involved in various cellular processes, including intracellular transport and chromatin remodeling. It plays a pivotal role in the dynamics of microtubules and is an essential part of the dynactin complex, which is vital for dynein-mediated transport within cells. Research into ACTR1A has gained traction due to its implications in neurobiology and its potential link to neurodegenerative diseases, where its dysfunction may contribute to impaired cellular transport mechanisms. The study of ACTR1A recombinant proteins helps elucidate its structure-function relationship, enabling scientists to explore how mutations or alterations in its expression can affect cellular functions. Additionally, investigating ACTR1A interactions with other proteins provides insights into the molecular underpinnings of cellular transport, offering potential therapeutic targets for diseases manifesting from transport-related deficits. Moreover, recombinant ACTR1A is employed in various biochemical assays and structural studies, facilitating a deeper understanding of its role within cellular contexts. Overall, the scientific community recognizes the importance of ACTR1A as a vital player in maintaining cellular homeostasis and addressing the broader implications of its dysfunction in human health and disease.
