稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACTR10, a member of the actin cytoskeleton family, plays a crucial role in intracellular transport and cellular structure maintenance. As a highly conserved protein, ACTR10 is involved in cargo transport along microtubules and is essential for the proper functioning of motor proteins, particularly in neurons where its role in synaptic transport is significant. Recent studies have highlighted its potential implications in various neurodegenerative diseases, suggesting that alterations in ACTR10 expression or function could contribute to pathological conditions by disrupting transport mechanisms. The reconstitution of ACTR10 as a recombinant protein has become a pivotal approach in understanding its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. This research aims to elucidate the functional dynamics of ACTR10, providing insights into its role in cellular mechanisms, with the potential for therapeutic applications in the context of diseases associated with cytoskeletal dysfunction. Furthermore, exploring ACTR10's structural characteristics may reveal novel targets for drug development and therapeutic interventions, underscoring its significance in cellular biology and medicine.
