Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DGKh, or diacylglycerol kinase eta, is an important enzyme that plays a critical role in lipid signaling and cellular regulation by converting diacylglycerol (DAG) into phosphatidate. This enzyme is notable for its involvement in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research on DGKh has gained significant attention due to its emerging links to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes. The structure of DGKh has been characterized, revealing unique features that differentiate it from other members of the diacylglycerol kinase family. Understanding the mechanistic details of DGKh's enzymatic function and its regulatory pathways can provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for the aforementioned diseases. Recent studies utilizing recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of DGKh in vitro, facilitating biochemical assays and structural analyses. These advancements aim to elucidate the role of DGKh in lipid metabolism and its broader implications in cell signaling pathways, thereby enhancing our understanding of its potential as a drug target or biomarker in disease contexts. As research progresses, the development of specific inhibitors or modulators of DGKh could open new avenues for therapeutic interventions in conditions where DKKh dysregulation is implicated.
