Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACIN1 (APAF1/CED4 homology domain containing 1) is a protein that plays a critical role in regulating various cellular processes, including apoptosis, cellular stress response, and cell proliferation. Research into ACIN1 has gained prominence due to its potential implications in cancer biology, where dysregulation of apoptotic pathways often leads to tumorigenesis and therapy resistance. Understanding the structure and function of ACIN1 is vital for elucidating its mechanisms of action and its interactions with other cellular components. The recombinant expression of ACIN1 offers a promising avenue for dissecting its biological functions, enabling researchers to study its role in cell signaling pathways in detail. Additionally, the recombinant form can be used for high-throughput screening of potential small-molecule inhibitors or therapeutic agents that may modulate ACIN1 activity. Recent studies have also indicated that ACIN1 may exhibit relationships with other cancer-associated proteins, highlighting its significance in the broader context of tumor biology. Thus, the development and characterization of recombinant ACIN1 not only enhance our understanding of its fundamental biology but also open new therapeutic strategies for targeting diseases linked to apoptotic dysregulation.
