Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NXF2 (Nuclear RNA export factor 2) is a critical player in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression, particularly in the export of mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. As a member of the NXF family, NXF2 bears significant similarity to its counterpart NXF1, but it shows distinct roles in RNA metabolism and cellular processes. Understanding NXF2 has gained prominence due to its implications in various cellular functions, including stress responses and the interplay between nuclear transport and viral replication. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in the export of a subset of mRNAs, particularly those associated with neuronal function and differentiation, thus linking NXF2 to neurodevelopmental processes. The recombinant protein production of NXF2 allows for in-depth biochemical characterization and functional studies, aiding in the elucidation of its mechanism of action and interactions with other cellular factors. Furthermore, the exploration of NXF2 dysfunction has potential implications in understanding various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, underscoring the need for detailed investigations into its structure and functional dynamics. Overall, the research on NXF2 and its recombinant protein serves as a pivotal area for understanding the complex regulatory networks involved in RNA export and cellular homeostasis.
