Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NSMCE2, a member of the MCE (Mammalian Conserved E3) family of proteins, plays a vital role in cellular processes such as DNA repair, cell cycle regulation, and cancer progression. It is characterized by its SCF-like E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, which facilitates the ubiquitination of target proteins, thereby influencing their stability and function. Recent studies have suggested that NSMCE2 is involved in the regulation of various signaling pathways, particularly those linked to cellular stress responses and the maintenance of genome integrity. Abnormal expression of NSMCE2 has been implicated in several types of cancers, making it a potential biomarker for tumorigenesis and a target for therapeutic intervention. As researchers delve deeper into the molecular mechanisms of NSMCE2, its role in modulating protein interactions and cellular localization continues to emerge as pivotal. Understanding the structure and function of NSMCE2-based recombinant proteins could provide insights into its biological significance and therapeutic potential in cancer treatment and other diseases related to genomic instability. Thus, ongoing investigations into NSMCE2's functional characterization not only enhance our comprehension of fundamental cellular mechanisms but also pave the way for innovative strategies to combat malignancies associated with its dysregulation.
