  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

NOXA1 is a crucial protein that functions as a regulatory subunit of the NADPH oxidase complex, primarily involved in the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in phagocytes and other cell types. It plays a significant role in the host immune response by facilitating the generation of superoxide, which is essential for pathogen destruction. Dysregulation of NOXA1 has been associated with various diseases, including chronic inflammatory conditions and cancer, where altered ROS levels can contribute to tumorigenesis and inflammation. Recent studies have focused on understanding the structural and functional characteristics of NOXA1 and its interactions with other proteins in the oxidase complex. Recombinant NOXA1 protein has become an essential tool in these studies, allowing researchers to elucidate its biochemical properties, regulatory mechanisms, and the role it plays in ROS signaling pathways. By producing NOXA1 in a controlled laboratory environment, scientists can dissect its function and develop potential therapeutic strategies to modulate its activity in disease contexts. The ongoing research aims to provide deeper insights into the role of NOXA1 in cellular signaling and its implications for improving immune responses and treating related diseases.
