Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOL6, a member of the nucleolar protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in ribosome biogenesis and cellular stress response mechanisms. Studies suggest that NOL6 is involved in various cellular processes, including nucleolar architecture maintenance, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. Its expression levels have been linked to several cancers, indicating that aberrations in NOL6 function may contribute to tumorigenesis. Given its pivotal role in fundamental cellular functions, researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing the structure, function, and interactions of NOL6. Recombination and expression of the NOL6 protein in vitro allow scientists to explore its biochemical properties, interaction networks, and functional implications in cellular physiology and pathology. Understanding NOL6 at a molecular level could lead to advancements in targeted therapies and diagnostics for diseases associated with its dysregulation, particularly in cancer. Overall, the investigation of NOL6 as a recombinant protein not only sheds light on its biological significance but also opens new avenues for therapeutic exploitation in oncology and beyond.
