  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

NOL10, a member of the nucleolar protein family, has garnered attention due to its potential role in ribosome biogenesis and cellular stress responses. Recent studies indicate that NOL10 is implicated in the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis, suggesting its significance in various biological processes, including tumorigenesis. Its expression levels have been correlated with several cancer types, making it a candidate for understanding cancer mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions. Moreover, NOL10 is believed to interact with other nucleolar proteins, playing a critical role in maintaining nucleolar integrity and function. The reconstitution of NOL10 as a recombinant protein enables detailed biochemical and biophysical characterizations, which are essential for deciphering its functional properties and interactions. This approach has opened avenues for studying the signaling pathways associated with NOL10, offering insights into its contribution to nucleolar dynamics and pathology. Understanding the structural and functional aspects of NOL10 may provide valuable information for developing novel strategies in cancer treatment and further elucidating the complexities of nucleolar functions in cellular homeostasis. As research in this area progresses, NOL10 could emerge as a significant molecular target for therapeutic development, particularly in oncological applications.
