Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NFE2 (Nuclear Factor Erythroid 2) is a crucial transcription factor involved in various biological processes, particularly in the regulation of erythropoiesis and antioxidant defense mechanisms. Its role in hematopoietic development has garnered attention due to its involvement in the differentiation of erythroid progenitors, contributing to the synthesis of hemoglobin. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of NFE2 in cellular responses to oxidative stress, making it essential for maintaining redox homeostasis. Furthermore, aberrations in NFE2 function are linked to disorders such as anemia and certain cancers, prompting researchers to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant NFE2 protein has become a valuable tool for understanding its molecular mechanisms, facilitating investigations into its interactions with DNA and other proteins. By utilizing recombinant technology, scientists can produce NFE2 in a controlled environment, allowing them to analyze its structural properties and functional domains. This research not only enhances our comprehension of NFE2's role in cellular physiology but also paves the way for the development of novel interventions against hematological diseases and oxidative stress-related conditions. Overall, the study of recombinant NFE2 protein is instrumental in unraveling its complex biological functions and therapeutic implications.
