Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of DAP3 (Differentially Expressed in Apoptosis Protein 3) recombinant protein has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in apoptosis and cellular stress responses. DAP3, a member of the DAP family, is known to be involved in the regulation of mitochondrial functions and has been implicated in various cellular processes including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and tumorigenesis. Research has shown that DAP3 expression is upregulated in certain cancer types, suggesting a link between its levels and tumor development. Understanding the functional mechanisms of DAP3 is critical for elucidating its role in cancer biology, as well as its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant protein technology allows for the production of DAP3 in a controlled environment, facilitating the study of its structure and function. Investigating the interactions between DAP3 and other cellular proteins may provide insights into its role in apoptotic signaling pathways, helping to identify novel biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and potential targets for treatment. Furthermore, the development of DAP3-derived peptides may open avenues for innovative therapies aimed at modulating apoptosis in cancer cells. Overall, the research on DAP3 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of its biological functions but also holds promise for future clinical applications in cancer therapeutics.
