Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The NBPF3 (Neuroblastoma Breakpoint Family Member 3) protein is part of a larger gene family known for its involvement in neurodevelopmental processes and potential roles in various cancers, particularly neuroblastoma. This protein has garnered attention due to its unique structure, characterized by multiple coding exons that encode a set of distinct protein domains, which suggests diverse functional capabilities. Research indicates that NBPF3 may be implicated in cellular signaling pathways and brain development, making it a candidate for studying developmental disorders and tumors of neural origin. Additionally, studies have shown that alterations in the expression of NBPF3 can influence oncogenic processes, including tumor proliferation and apoptosis. As such, understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying NBPF3 function and its interactions with other cellular components is crucial for elucidating its role in pathogenesis. Current investigations are focusing on the recombinant production of NBPF3 to facilitate functional assays to explore its biological significance, explore potential therapeutic targets, and discover its interaction with other proteins involved in cancer progression. This research is pivotal in linking the genetic and functional aspects of NBPF3 to better understand its contributions to both normal neurodevelopment and disease.
