稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Recombinant RCN1 (Regulator of Calcium and Nucleotides 1) protein has garnered substantial attention in recent years due to its critical role in cellular calcium signaling and its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes. RCN1 functions as a calcium-binding protein that regulates the activity of several target proteins, influencing cellular responses to calcium fluctuations. Research has suggested that RCN1 is implicated in numerous diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. The ability to produce RCN1 as a recombinant protein allows researchers to study its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components in detail. By understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying RCN1's activity, scientists aim to develop novel strategies for disease intervention and therapeutic applications. Furthermore, the exploration of RCN1's role in calcium homeostasis sheds light on fundamental cellular processes, potentially leading to advancements in biotechnology and drug development. As research continues, the recombinant expression and purification of RCN1 are expected to provide deeper insights into its biological significance and pave the way for innovative approaches in medical science.
