稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RCHY1, or Regulator of Chrescent Homolog Y1, is an essential protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and apoptosis. Research into RCHY1 has gained importance due to its involvement in critical pathways that may influence tumorigenesis and other diseases. It has been identified as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, which is crucial for protein degradation and cellular homeostasis. The study of RCHY1 is particularly relevant in cancer research, as its dysregulation is linked to the progression of several malignancies. Furthermore, RCHY1 has been shown to interact with key oncogenes and tumor suppressors, suggesting that it may serve as a potential therapeutic target. The generation of recombinant RCHY1 protein enables detailed investigations into its structural and functional properties, making it a valuable tool for elucidating its precise roles in cellular mechanisms. Understanding RCHY1's functions may provide insights into the development of novel strategies for cancer therapy and the treatment of other diseases where RCHY1's regulatory functions are impaired. This creates a compelling impetus for ongoing research aimed at characterizing RCHY1 in both normal and disease states, with the ultimate goal of leveraging this knowledge for practical therapeutic applications.
