Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NANOS1 is a member of the NANOS family of RNA-binding proteins, which play essential roles in post-transcriptional regulation and germ cell development. Research into NANOS1 has garnered significant interest due to its critical function in maintaining stem cell pluripotency and contributing to the differentiation processes during embryogenesis. Disruptions in NANOS1 expression have been linked to various reproductive and developmental disorders, highlighting its importance in fertility and early development. The protein is known to interact with specific RNAs, suggesting that it may serve as a key regulator of gene expression during critical periods of development. Additionally, studies have indicated that NANOS1 may be involved in the regulation of the germline stem cell niche, further emphasizing its significance in both normal and pathological states. Investigating the structure and function of NANOS1, particularly through the development of recombinant protein models, allows researchers to elucidate its mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding how NANOS1 operates at the molecular level may reveal insights into fertility treatments and developmental biology, making it a focal point within the field of reproductive health and developmental genetics.
