Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAC3, a member of the Rho family of GTPases, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell migration, proliferation, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Its dysregulation has been implicated in multiple diseases, particularly cancer, where elevated RAC3 expression is associated with enhanced tumor growth and metastasis. Understanding the function and regulation of RAC3 is vital for developing potential therapeutic strategies. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying RAC3 signaling pathways and its interactions with other proteins. Additionally, the emerging role of RAC3 in mediating signal transduction from growth factor receptors is garnering interest, as it may provide insights into its contribution to oncogenic processes. The generation of recombinant RAC3 protein has become an essential tool to investigate its biochemical properties, downstream signaling, and interactions within cellular contexts. Researchers are employing advanced techniques such as X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy to discern the structural dynamics of RAC3, contributing to a deeper understanding of how its activity is regulated and its potential as a therapeutic target. Through these studies, the significance of RAC3 in both normal physiology and disease states is being unveiled, highlighting the need for ongoing research in this promising area.
