  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) plays a pivotal role as the primary energy currency in all living cells, driving numerous biochemical processes critical for life. The study of ATP-binding proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to their essential functions in various cellular activities, including metabolism, signal transduction, and molecular transport. Research in ATP reconstituted proteins focuses on understanding the structural and functional properties of these proteins, which often rely on ATP for activation or as a cofactor. By reconstituting these proteins in vitro, scientists aim to dissect the mechanisms underlying their interactions with ATP and elucidate their roles in cellular pathways. This approach has been instrumental in revealing the dynamics of ATP hydrolysis and its regulation, contributing to our understanding of cellular energy management. Furthermore, investigating ATP reconstitution has implications in drug development, as many diseases are associated with malfunctions in ATP-dependent processes. The insights gained from this research not only enhance our comprehension of fundamental biological mechanisms but also pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating ATP-related functions in various disorders.
