稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Rac1, a member of the Rho family of GTPases, plays a pivotal role in regulating various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. As an important signaling molecule, Rac1 integrates signals from growth factors and extracellular matrix components, contributing to the reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton. Abnormal Rac1 activity has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer metastasis, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, making it a crucial target for therapeutic intervention. The study of Rac1 recombinant proteins allows researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, regulatory mechanisms, and interactions with downstream effectors in a controlled environment. By expressing and purifying Rac1 as a recombinant protein, scientists can further explore its role in signaling pathways, study the effects of post-translational modifications, and screen for potential inhibitors or activators. Such research is essential for understanding the functional implications of Rac1 in health and disease, ultimately contributing to the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
