Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of MYB recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology and plant genetics due to the critical role that MYB transcription factors play in regulating various physiological processes in plants. MYB proteins are characterized by their MYB DNA-binding domain, which enables them to bind to specific promoter sequences and modulate gene expression related to important traits such as flower pigmentation, secondary metabolite biosynthesis, and stress responses. Recent advancements in recombinant DNA technology have allowed researchers to produce MYB proteins in various host systems, facilitating detailed functional analyses and the exploration of their regulatory mechanisms. Moreover, understanding the function of MYB proteins in different plant species can provide valuable insights for applications such as crop improvement, where manipulating MYB gene expression may enhance yield, stress tolerance, or nutritional quality. As the demand for sustainable agriculture increases in the face of climate change and growing global populations, the manipulation of MYB proteins offers a promising approach for developing innovative solutions to address these challenges. Consequently, ongoing research aims to unravel the complex networks involving MYB proteins and their interactions with other molecular pathways, which is essential for optimizing their use in agricultural biotechnology and plant breeding programs.
