稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PTS (Phosphate Transport System) recombinant proteins is situated within the broader context of understanding cellular phosphate transport mechanisms, which are crucial for various biological processes, including energy metabolism, signaling, and cellular growth. Phosphates are essential for the formation of ATP, nucleic acids, and phospholipids, making their transport a vital function in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. Disruptions in phosphate homeostasis can lead to metabolic disorders and diseases, underscoring the significance of efficient phosphate transport systems. Researchers focus on PTS, a specific type of transport system found in certain microorganisms, to gain insights into its structure, function, and regulatory pathways. By employing recombinant DNA technology, scientists can overexpress PTS proteins in model organisms, facilitating detailed studies on their biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular components, and roles in cellular physiology. This research not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also has potential applications in biotechnology and medicine, such as the development of new therapeutic strategies for phosphate-related disorders and the optimization of microbial metabolism for biotechnological applications. The insights gained from PTS recombinant protein studies may pave the way for advancements in agricultural practices, particularly in improving crop efficiency in phosphate utilization, and contribute to sustainable practices in managing nutrient cycles within ecosystems.
