Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TIF1b, also known as Transcription Intermediary Factor 1 beta, is a member of the TIF1 family of proteins that play critical roles in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodeling. Research into TIF1b has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including gene expression modulation, cellular differentiation, and response to stress. It is particularly notable for its association with several cancers, as altered expression levels of TIF1b have been implicated in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Additionally, TIF1b has emerged as a key player in the regulation of immune responses and embryonic development. Investigating the structure and function of TIF1b, including its interactions with other proteins and cellular mechanisms, is crucial for understanding its role in health and disease. The development of recombinant TIF1b proteins allows for detailed functional studies and the exploration of potential therapeutic strategies, paving the way for deeper insights into its biological significance and clinical implications.
