Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MS4A6E, a member of the MS4A (Membrane Spanning 4-Domains, Subfamily A) gene family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in immune system regulation and association with various diseases, including autoimmune disorders. The MS4A gene family is characterized by the presence of four transmembrane domains and is predominantly expressed in hematopoietic tissues, highlighting its relevance in immune cell function. Recent studies have suggested that MS4A6E may play a critical role in modulating B cell receptor signaling, influencing B cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation. Moreover, polymorphisms in the MS4A gene cluster, particularly MS4A6E, have been linked to increased susceptibility to diseases such as multiple sclerosis and lupus, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. Understanding the structure and function of MS4A6E through recombinant protein studies could provide valuable insights into its biological mechanisms and therapeutic potential. As researchers explore the molecular pathways involving MS4A6E, particularly its interactions with other cell surface proteins and downstream signaling cascades, it holds promise for novel approaches to modulate immune responses and develop targeted therapies for immune-mediated diseases. Thus, the recombinant production of MS4A6E protein enables comprehensive functional analyses, paving the way for innovations in immunotherapy and personalized medicine strategies addressing autoimmune conditions and enhancing our understanding of immune system dynamics.
