Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MS4A2, a member of the MS4A (membrane-spanning 4-domains subfamily A) gene family, has garnered considerable attention in immunological research due to its potential role in various immune responses and disease processes. This protein is primarily expressed in B cells and is believed to be involved in the regulation of cell signaling pathways, contributing to B cell activation and differentiation. Its relevance has been highlighted in several studies linking MS4A2 to autoimmune disorders, such as multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus erythematosus, as variations in MS4A gene expression have been associated with altered immune responses. Furthermore, MS4A2 has been implicated in certain cancers, suggesting its involvement in tumor immunity and the tumor microenvironment. Given its significant biological functions and associations with various diseases, researchers are increasingly focusing on the characterization of recombinant MS4A2 proteins to investigate their structural properties, functional roles, and potential as therapeutic targets. The production of MS4A2 recombinant proteins allows for detailed studies of the protein's interactions, signaling mechanisms, and the effects of genetic variations. Overall, the investigation of MS4A2 offers promising insights into the complex interplay between the immune system and disease, thereby paving the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
