稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MRPS30, or Mitochondrial Ribosomal Protein S30, is a key component of the mitochondrial ribosome, playing a critical role in protein synthesis within the mitochondria, which are vital organelles responsible for energy production in eukaryotic cells. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of MRPS30 in various cellular processes, including mitochondrial biogenesis, metabolism, and apoptosis. Abnormalities in mitochondrial function are associated with a range of diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders, metabolic syndrome, and cancer. Consequently, understanding the structure and function of MRPS30, as well as its interactions with other mitochondrial proteins, is essential for elucidating the mechanisms underlying mitochondrial dysfunction. Research into MRPS30 may also provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for mitochondrial-related diseases. The investigation of MRPS30, particularly through the study of its recombinant protein forms, can unlock important information about its biological functions and its role in maintaining mitochondrial integrity and functionality. By employing various techniques such as crystallography, molecular dynamics simulations, and functional assays, researchers aim to characterize MRPS30's structure and its contributions to ribosomal assembly and translation processes. Overall, the study of MRPS30 and its recombinant forms is a promising area of research with significant implications for understanding mitochondrial biology and addressing related health challenges.
