稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TMCO1, or Transmembrane and Coiled-Coil Domain 1, has emerged as a significant protein in cellular biology due to its crucial roles in various physiological processes. Initially identified through genomic studies, TMCO1 is located in the endoplasmic reticulum and is believed to be involved in calcium homeostasis, protein quality control, and cellular stress responses. Recent findings suggest its potential implications in the pathophysiology of certain diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndromes, as altered TMCO1 expression has been linked to dysregulated cellular environments. Researchers have been focused on the characterization of TMCO1 as a recombinant protein to better understand its functional dynamics and interaction with other cellular components. The generation of TMCO1 recombinant protein allows for in-depth studies of its structural properties, facilitates the investigation of protein-protein interactions, and aids in the exploration of its mechanistic roles within signaling pathways. Furthermore, understanding TMCO1's function at a molecular level could open avenues for therapeutic interventions targeted at conditions associated with its dysregulation. Overall, TMCO1 stands as an intriguing candidate for further research, emphasizing the need for comprehensive studies to unravel its contributions to cellular physiology and disease mechanisms.
