Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CIS3, or cytokine-inducible SH2-containing protein 3, is a member of the CIS family of proteins that play critical roles in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in response to cytokines and growth factors. Researchers have been increasingly focused on CIS3 due to its involvement in regulating immune responses, hematopoiesis, and various signaling cascades related to cell proliferation and differentiation. The understanding of CIS3 has gained momentum with advances in molecular biology techniques, which have facilitated the study of its structure, function, and interactions with other signaling molecules. Significant interest in CIS3 arises from its potential implications in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions, where dysregulation of cytokine signaling often contributes to pathogenesis. By investigating CIS3 recombinant proteins, scientists aim to unravel its precise mechanisms of action, explore its role in disease processes, and identify potential therapeutic targets. The development of recombinant forms of CIS3 allows for high-throughput studies and the possibility of designing novel cytokine-based therapeutics, which could lead to innovative treatment strategies for various conditions associated with cytokine signaling imbalances. Overall, the research on CIS3 recombinant proteins reflects a broader interest in cytokine signaling networks and their physiological and pathological implications in health and disease.
