稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRT2, or Keratin 2, is a type of intermediate filament protein that belongs to the keratin family, primarily expressed in epithelial tissues, particularly in the skin, hair, and nails. The study of KRT2 recombinant protein is significant due to its crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity and resilience of keratinocytes, which are vital for barrier formation and protection against environmental stressors. Abnormalities in KRT2 expression have been associated with various skin disorders, including ichthyosis and other keratinization disorders, making it a key target for research in dermatology and molecular biology. The production of KRT2 recombinant protein facilitates the investigation of its functional properties, interactions with other cellular components, and potential therapeutic applications. By employing techniques such as gene cloning, expression systems, and purification methods, researchers can generate high-purity KRT2 protein for in vitro studies. These include understanding the protein's role in cell signaling, its involvement in skin pathologies, and the exploration of its potential use in regenerative medicine and cosmetic formulations. Overall, the research on KRT2 recombinant protein not only enhances our comprehension of keratin biology but also opens avenues for innovative treatments for skin-related disorders.
