Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MRGPRX3, a member of the Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family, has emerged as a significant focus in biomedical research due to its potential roles in various physiological processes and pathological conditions. This receptor is predominantly expressed in sensory neurons and is implicated in pain perception, inflammation, and itch sensation. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in mast cell activation and the modulation of immune responses, linking it to conditions such as allergic reactions and chronic pain disorders. The unique ligand specificity and signaling mechanisms of MRGPRX3 distinguish it from other GPCRs, making it an attractive target for drug development. By investigating the structure and functional properties of MRGPRX3 through recombinant protein approaches, researchers aim to elucidate its signaling pathways and interactions with ligands. Understanding these dynamics may pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies designed to target MRGPRX3-related pathways in treating diseases characterized by dysregulated sensory and immune functions. As research progresses, the characterization of MRGPRX3 and its recombinant protein forms will provide insights into its biological significance and therapeutic potential, ultimately contributing to improved management of conditions associated with this receptor.
