Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on PRMT3 (Protein Arginine Methyltransferase 3) recombinant protein has become increasingly significant due to its role in various cellular processes and potential implications in diseases. PRMT3 is a member of the protein arginine methyltransferase family, responsible for the dimethylation of arginine residues on target proteins, thereby influencing their function and interactions. This post-translational modification has been linked to critical cellular mechanisms, including gene expression regulation, signal transduction, and RNA processing. Dysregulation of PRMT3 has been associated with several pathologies, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. The production of recombinant PRMT3 protein allows for detailed biochemical studies, including understanding its enzymatic activity and substrate specificity. Furthermore, characterizing this protein can facilitate the exploration of its role in methylation networks and its impact on cellular homeostasis. As PRMT3's involvement in disease pathways becomes clearer, recombinant studies could lead to innovative approaches in drug development, enhancing our ability to design specific inhibitors or modulators that target PRMT3 activity. Overall, the investigation of PRMT3 recombinant protein is crucial for unveiling its biological significance and potential therapeutic value.
