Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of TT recombinant proteins is rooted in the burgeoning field of biotechnology and molecular biology, where understanding protein structure and function is crucial for advancing therapeutic applications and industrial processes. TT, or tetratricopeptide repeat proteins, are characterized by their unique structural motifs that facilitate protein-protein interactions, playing pivotal roles in various biological processes such as protein folding, cellular signaling, and gene regulation. With the increasing demand for engineered proteins in drug development, vaccine design, and synthetic biology, researchers have focused on the recombination of TT proteins to enhance their stability, specificity, and function. Advances in techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, directed evolution, and protein engineering have enabled scientists to produce modified TT proteins with desirable properties for specific applications. Moreover, the exploration of TT proteins has implications in understanding diseases where protein interactions are disrupted, thereby opening avenues for novel therapeutic interventions. As research continues to unveil the versatile roles of TT proteins, their potential in various fields, including biomedicine, agriculture, and environmental science, remains a promising area of exploration.
