Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP1R3B (Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Subunit 3B) is a member of the PPP1R3 family, which acts as a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1). Research on PPP1R3B has garnered attention due to its critical role in regulating glycogen metabolism and insulin signaling pathways. Abnormalities in its expression or function have been linked to metabolic disorders, including type 2 diabetes and obesity. As a regulator of PP1, PPP1R3B modulates the activity of glycogen synthase and phosphorylase, thereby influencing glycogen synthesis and breakdown processes. Furthermore, its interaction with various signaling molecules highlights its potential involvement in diverse cellular functions beyond metabolism. Given the increasing prevalence of metabolic diseases worldwide, understanding the molecular mechanisms and pathways involving PPP1R3B could provide therapeutic insights for managing these conditions. Recombinant PPP1R3B protein has been utilized in various studies to elucidate its biochemical properties, structural characteristics, and interactions with other proteins, leading to a deeper understanding of its physiological roles and potential as a drug target in metabolic disease management. Thus, ongoing research into PPP1R3B not only enhances our knowledge of cellular regulatory mechanisms but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at restoring normal cellular function in metabolic diseases.
