Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MON1B is a crucial protein involved in intracellular membrane trafficking and endosomal function, playing a significant role in the regulation of protein sorting and recycling within cells. Its study has gained attention due to its implications in various cellular processes, including autophagy and mitophagy, which are vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress. Abnormalities in MON1B function have been linked to several diseases, such as neurodegenerative disorders and certain cancers. Recent research has focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying MON1B's role in vesicular transport and its interactions with other proteins in the ENDOSOME-Mitochondria pathway. Investigations into MON1B have utilized techniques such as site-directed mutagenesis, protein crystallization, and advanced imaging methods to characterize its structure and function. Insights gained from these studies could provide invaluable information for therapeutic strategies targeting diseases associated with dysregulated intracellular transport mechanisms. Overall, the significance of MON1B in cellular dynamics underlines the importance of continued research in understanding its diverse functions and potential implications in health and disease.
