Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
dTMP (deoxythymidine monophosphate) is a crucial intermediate in the biosynthesis of DNA, serving as a building block for nucleotides. The study of dTMP recombinant protein has gained significant attention in molecular biology and biotechnology due to its importance in understanding the mechanisms of DNA replication and repair. Research has shown that dTMP plays a vital role in cellular processes, including cell proliferation and apoptosis, making it a key target in cancer research and therapeutic development. Furthermore, the enzyme thymidylate synthase, which catalyzes the conversion of deoxyuridine monophosphate (dUMP) to dTMP, is a prominent target for several anticancer drugs, such as fluorouracil. Generating dTMP through recombinant DNA technology allows for the production of large quantities of this nucleotide for various applications, including drug development, molecular assays, and synthetic biology. Analyzing the properties and functions of dTMP and its associated enzymes can lead to a deeper understanding of cellular metabolism and potentially reveal novel therapeutic strategies for treating diseases linked to DNA synthesis errors. As such, the exploration of dTMP recombinant proteins represents a promising avenue in the fields of genetic engineering, pharmacology, and molecular therapeutic strategies.
