Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MNX1, also known as Motor Neuron and Pancreas Homeobox 1, is a crucial transcription factor primarily involved in the development of motor neurons and pancreatic endocrine cells. Mutations in the MNX1 gene have been linked to severe congenital disorders, including the Mn1-related form of spinal muscular atrophy and pancreatic agenesis, which highlights its significant role in neurodevelopment and organogenesis. Understanding the structure and function of MNX1 is essential for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions. Recombinant MNX1 protein has become a valuable tool for researchers to investigate the protein's interactions with other cellular components, its role in transcriptional regulation, and its involvement in developmental pathways. Studies utilizing MNX1 recombinant protein can provide insights into its binding mechanisms, post-translational modifications, and effects on gene expression, contributing to the development of potential therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with MNX1 dysfunction. As research progresses, the characterization of MNX1 in various cellular contexts may reveal new opportunities for targeted interventions and enhance our understanding of its broader implications in neurogenesis and pancreatic development.
