稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ERRb (Estrogen-related receptor beta) is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily that plays a critical role in various physiological processes, including metabolism, reproduction, and cardiovascular health. Initially identified for its structural similarity to estrogen receptors, ERRb is not activated by estrogens but modulates gene expression in response to metabolic signals and stress conditions. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in energy homeostasis, highlighting its potential role in obesity and type 2 diabetes. As a transcription factor, ERRb regulates the expression of genes involved in mitochondrial function and fatty acid metabolism, suggesting its significance in metabolic syndromes. Additionally, research has indicated that ERRb might participate in neuroprotective processes and the regulation of inflammation, making it a promising target for therapeutic strategies in neurodegenerative diseases. Understanding the biochemical pathways and target genes of ERRb is crucial for deciphering its multifaceted roles in health and disease. Therefore, recombinant protein studies of ERRb are essential for elucidating its function, developing inhibitors or activators that could serve as drugs, and advancing our knowledge of nuclear receptor signaling pathways in both physiological and pathological contexts.
