Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SERPINB10, also known as cytokine response modifier A (CrmA), is a member of the serpin (serine protease inhibitor) family, which plays crucial roles in regulating proteolytic activities within the immune system. It has garnered increasing attention due to its implications in modulating inflammatory responses and its potential involvement in various pathologies, including cancer and autoimmune diseases. Research has demonstrated that SERPINB10 can inhibit caspases, enzymes essential for apoptosis and inflammation, thus influencing cell survival and immune response. Additionally, it has been implicated in the evasion of host immune surveillance by certain pathogens, highlighting its importance in infectious disease contexts. As a result, recombinant SERPINB10 proteins have become valuable tools for studying immune regulation and therapeutic applications. The production of these proteins through recombinant DNA technology allows for detailed functional analyses and the assessment of their roles in specific cellular pathways. Given the emerging data on SERPINB10's multifaceted functions, ongoing studies aim to elucidate its mechanisms of action, therapeutic potential, and relevance in disease contexts, fostering a deeper understanding of its role as a critical modulator within the immune landscape.
