Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLCd4, or phospholipase C delta 4, is an important enzyme in the phosphoinositide signaling pathway, playing a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. The study of PLCd4 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in several physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. Research has shown that PLCd4 mediates the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate, leading to the production of inositol trisphosphate and diacylglycerol, which are pivotal second messengers in cellular signaling. Understanding the structure and function of PLCd4 can provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. Moreover, recombinant PLCd4 proteins have been produced for biochemical assays, allowing researchers to investigate its enzymatic activity, interaction with other proteins, and role in signaling cascades. With advancements in gene cloning and protein expression technologies, the production of PLCd4 as a recombinant protein has facilitated in-depth studies, contributing to our knowledge of its functions and implications in health and disease. Overall, the research on PLCd4 recombinant proteins is vital in elucidating the molecular underpinnings of cell signaling and developing novel strategies for intervention in diseases where PLCd4 activity is altered.
