Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLCd3, or phospholipase C delta 3, is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in various cellular signaling pathways by hydrolyzing phosphatidylinositol bisphosphate (PIP2) to produce inositol trisphosphate (IP3) and diacylglycerol (DAG). This enzymatic action contributes to the regulation of intracellular calcium levels and activation of downstream signaling cascades, thus influencing processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research on PLCd3 has gained considerable attention due to its implications in various disease states, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. Understanding the structure and function of PLCd3 through the study of recombinant protein can provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and potential as a therapeutic target. With advances in biotechnology, the production of PLCd3 recombinant proteins allows for detailed biochemical assays and structural studies, paving the way for the development of novel drugs that could modulate its activity. Furthermore, elucidating the specific interactions and pathways influenced by PLCd3 could enhance our understanding of cell signaling and open new avenues for therapeutic interventions in diseases where PLCd3 is implicated.
