Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLR2J3, part of the RNA polymerase II complex, plays a critical role in the transcription of protein-coding genes. This enzyme is responsible for synthesizing mRNA by transcribing DNA into RNA, a fundamental process in gene expression regulation. The POLR2J3 subunit, a lesser-studied component of the polymerase complex, has been implicated in various cellular processes and diseases, including cancer, where aberrant transcriptional regulation can lead to uncontrolled cell growth. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of POLR2J3 is pivotal for elucidating its role in transcription. Researchers are increasingly focusing on producing recombinant POLR2J3 proteins to study its interactions with other transcription factors and to explore its contribution to the assembly and function of the RNA polymerase II complex. By investigating POLR2J3's biochemical properties and its potential as a therapeutic target, ongoing studies aim to develop novel strategies for treating diseases associated with transcriptional dysregulation, thus bridging the gap between basic molecular biology and potential clinical applications. The production of recombinant POLR2J3 not only facilitates functional assays but also aids in the design of inhibitors that could modulate its activity, highlighting its significance in the broader context of gene expression control and therapeutic intervention.
