Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLR2H, a component of the RNA polymerase II complex, plays a crucial role in the transcription process, facilitating the synthesis of messenger RNA (mRNA) from DNA templates. Its essential function in gene expression regulation makes it a key focus of research in molecular biology and genetics. Mutations or dysfunctions in POLR2H and related components can lead to various diseases, including developmental disorders and cancers. Understanding the structure and function of POLR2H, especially through the study of recombinant proteins, can provide insights into its role in the transcription machinery and its interactions with other nuclear factors. Research involving POLR2H recombinant protein often involves producing this protein in various systems, optimizing its expression, and analyzing its biochemical properties to elucidate its role in cellular processes. Furthermore, such studies may also explore how POLR2H interacts with other transcription factors and regulatory proteins, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of transcriptional regulation. As POLR2H is pivotal in the transcription cycle, insights gained from recombinant protein studies can enhance our knowledge of fundamental biological processes and lead to potential therapeutic strategies for diseases linked with transcriptional dysregulation.
