Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLR2F, a subunit of RNA polymerase II, plays a crucial role in the transcription of protein-coding genes in eukaryotic cells. It is part of the larger RNA polymerase II complex, which is responsible for synthesizing messenger RNA (mRNA) and several non-coding RNAs. The function of POLR2F in transcription regulation and its implications in various biological processes have garnered significant interest in molecular biology and genetics. Dysregulation of POLR2F has been associated with diseases such as cancer, where aberrant transcriptional activity can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation and other pathologies. Research has focused on the structural characteristics of POLR2F, its interactions with other transcription factors, and its post-translational modifications, which can influence its activity and stability. Additionally, recombinant expression of POLR2F in various systems provides a platform for studying its biochemical properties and functional roles. Understanding the detailed mechanisms by which POLR2F contributes to transcriptional regulation could yield insights into therapeutic targets for diseases linked to transcriptional dysregulation. Overall, the study of POLR2F is essential for comprehending the complexities of gene expression and its regulation in health and disease.
