Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PUF60, a member of the PUF (Pumilio and FBF) family of RNA-binding proteins, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. It is involved in various cellular processes, including RNA stability, splicing, and translation, making it essential for maintaining normal cellular functions. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in several biological contexts, such as embryonic development, cellular differentiation, and response to stress. Dysregulation of PUF60 has been associated with various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target. Research into recombinant PUF60 protein has provided valuable insights into its structure and function, paving the way for understanding its interaction with RNA and other protein partners. By employing techniques such as co-immunoprecipitation and RNA affinity chromatography, scientists aim to elucidate the specific molecular mechanisms governed by PUF60. The study of this protein not only enhances our comprehension of post-transcriptional regulation but also opens avenues for potential interventions in diseases linked to its dysfunction.
