Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Iars1, or isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase 1, is a pivotal enzyme in the protein synthesis pathway as it plays a crucial role in the charging of tRNA with isoleucine, thereby influencing the fidelity of translation and overall cellular protein production. Mutations and dysfunctions in the Iars1 gene have been linked to various genetic disorders, highlighting its importance in cellular metabolism and development. Research into recombinant Iars1 protein has gained momentum in recent years, driven by the need to better understand its structure-function relationships and the biochemical mechanisms underlying its activity. The development of recombinant Iars1 provides a valuable tool for elucidating the enzyme's role in disease contexts and exploring potential therapeutic interventions. Additionally, engineered forms of Iars1 can serve as a foundation for studying the evolutionary aspects of tRNA synthetase enzymes. By producing Iars1 in a controlled environment, researchers can investigate its interaction with other cellular components, assess its enzymatic kinetics, and determine how alterations in its function can impact cellular health. This research not only aims to advance our understanding of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases but also to contribute to the broader field of molecular biology, potentially leading to novel insights into the mechanisms of translation-related disorders. Overall, the study of recombinant Iars1 protein is a promising frontier in both basic and applied sciences, with implications for genetic research, drug development, and therapeutic strategies.
